• How much does a business address with Akteno cost?

  Standard costs €5.99, Pro €14.99 and Expert €59 per month, each plus VAT. With yearly billing you pay less per month. There is no setup fee.

• Can I use the address for business registration or the commercial register?

  Yes, with the Expert plan. Standard and Pro are not suitable for this.

• Where is the address?

  The address is Welserstraße 3, 87463 Dietmannsried in the Allgäu. It is a real street address, not a P.O. box.

  Business address
• How do scanning, originals and stamps work?

  We open and scan every letter, and you read it as a PDF in the portal or the app. We send originals on request and you pay the postage with stamps, 1 stamp equals €1 of postage. Pro includes 4 and Expert 10 free stamps per month.

  Storage and forwarding
• How soon can I use the address?

  Booking takes only a few minutes. Afterwards you sign the postal authorization and the data processing agreement digitally and verify your identity. Once that is done, you can use the address.

• May I use the address in my legal notice?

  Yes, every plan covers the address as a serviceable address for your legal notice and privacy policy. Your name still belongs in the legal notice, the address only replaces your home address.

• Can I use the address on invoices?

  Yes, from the Pro plan. Pro also includes up to 5 projects and your own link page with legal notice. The Standard plan does not cover use on invoices.

• How do I cancel?

  You cancel any time yourself in the settings of the customer portal. The subscription ends at the end of the chosen billing period. We then send stored originals to your forwarding address.
