How much does scanning letters cost?

Scanning is included in every plan. To have originals sent to you, Pro includes 4 and Expert 10 free stamps every month. In Standard you only pay the postage. One stamp covers €1 of postage, and unused stamps never expire.

Where is the address?

The address is in Dietmannsried in the Allgäu region. You can use it for your legal notice, privacy policy, and much more. It is a real street address, not a P.O. box.

Will I be notified when mail arrives?

We notify you weekly about regular incoming mail. Depending on your preference, we forward your mail with or without tracking.

How much are shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the letter. We only charge the actual costs incurred. Parcel shipping also depends on weight and size. You can calculate these costs here: https://www.deutschepost.de/de/p/portoberater.html#/

Can I use the address for business registration?

The Standard and Pro plans are not suitable for business registration. You can still use the address as a legally valid address in your legal notice. The Expert plan is suitable for business registration and can also be used for the commercial register.

What is the link page and how does it work?

From Pro you get your own link page at skip.social/your-name – a link-in-bio page with the legal notice included. Add links and text, choose a logo and colors, and see in the click analytics which links perform. Your legal notice with the Akteno address is placed on the page automatically. You can take the page online or offline at any time.

Where can I use the address?

You can use the address for your legal notice, privacy policy, terms, letters, parcels, and much more. It can be added to websites and social media. With the Expert plan, the address can also be used for business registration and the commercial register.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time in the settings. It ends at the end of the selected billing period. You can also upgrade or downgrade at any time.

How long does it take to set up the address?

The address is set up immediately after registration. It typically takes our customers about 10 minutes, after which the address can be used right away. Mail is accepted from the time of purchase. All relevant documents are signed digitally.

As a freelancer, I needed a straightforward solution for a legally valid virtual business address for my legal notice. I found exactly what I was looking for here. The standard plan doesn't have any unnecessary restrictions like those offered by other providers. Setup was practically instantaneous, and my problem was solved.
